Job Title: Benefits Coordinator

Experience Range: 3 to 8 Years (preferably in hospital or healthcare benefits administration)
Salary Range (INR): ₹3,00,000 – ₹7,50,000 per annum (based on experience and hospital scale)
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Commerce (Mandatory)
MBA / PGDM in HR / Finance (Preferred)
Knowledge of statutory compliance, employee benefit laws, and hospital welfare schemes is a plus
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, PF, ESI, gratuity, and leave encashment
Manage enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits in HRIS and with third-party vendors
Coordinate with insurance providers and hospitals for group health policy management
Assist employees in understanding and accessing their benefits
Handle documentation and support during hospital audits (NABH, JCI) and inspections
Prepare benefits-related reports, reconciliations, and MIS for payroll and finance
Resolve queries related to claims, reimbursements, and deductions
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to benefits administration
Conduct periodic benefits awareness programs and onboarding sessions
Support in the review and improvement of compensation and benefits policies
