CA / CPA / CMA (Mandatory)

MBA in Finance or Hospital Administration (Preferred)

Additional certifications in healthcare finance or IFRS compliance are an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the hospital’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and healthcare financial regulations

Monitor cash flow, revenue cycle management, and capital expenditure

Collaborate with the CEO and COO for strategic financial decision-making

Evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

Manage billing systems, insurance reimbursements, and vendor payments

Optimize operational cost structures and improve overall financial efficiency
