Experience Range: 0 to 3 Years (Experience in hospital food service, kitchen support, or hospitality preferred)

Salary Range (INR): ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum (based on hospital type, shift duty, and city tier)

🎓 Education:

10th or 12th Pass (Mandatory)

Certificate in Food Handling / Dietary Services / Hospitality Operations (Preferred but not mandatory)

Basic understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety norms

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and serving meals to patients as per prescribed diets

Ensure correct food trays reach the right patients by checking diet cards and labels

Collect used trays, clean utensils, and maintain kitchen and serving area hygiene

Help with basic food prep such as chopping, portioning, and packaging

Stock pantries and tray line stations with required utensils, condiments, and supplies

Follow food safety, infection control, and personal hygiene protocols

Report any dietary concerns, patient feedback, or food complaints to the supervisor or dietitian

Maintain records of tray delivery and pickup times, if required

Work closely with kitchen staff and nursing teams to coordinate timely service

Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, trolleys, and storage areas after meals
