Salary Range (INR): ₹3,50,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (based on system complexity, size of the hospital, and experience)
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration (Mandatory)
Master’s in Health Informatics / Public Health / IT Systems (Preferred)
Certifications in EHR Systems (e.g., Cerner, Meditech, Epic, eHospital, etc.), HIPAA, or NDHM guidelines are a plus
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administration and support of the EHR system used across clinical, administrative, and diagnostic units
Coordinate implementation, testing, and updates of EHR modules (patient registration, clinical documentation, billing, diagnostics, discharge, etc.)
Train doctors, nurses, and support staff in EHR usage, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry
Act as the point of contact between clinical teams and IT for workflow optimization
Monitor system performance, data integrity, and troubleshoot user or integration issues
Maintain compliance with data security standards (HIPAA, NABH, NDHM, etc.)
Assist in the transition from paper-based records to digital workflows
Generate patient care reports, usage analytics, and data exports for audits and quality checks
Document workflows, SOPs, and system configurations
Support interoperability and integration with PACS, LIS, RIS, billing, and pharmacy systems
