Salary Range (INR): ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum (based on experience, certifications, and location)
🎓 Education:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Electrical Supervisor License or Wireman License from a recognized authority (Preferred)
Knowledge of hospital-grade electrical safety standards and biomedical grounding is a plus
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hospital electrical systems including wiring, fixtures, switches, control panels, and backup systems
Maintain and service power distribution panels, UPS systems, and DG sets
Conduct routine checks on power supply to patient care areas, ICUs, OTs, labs, and imaging departments
Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns or emergency calls ensuring patient safety is not compromised
Ensure preventive maintenance is done for all electrical systems and components
Maintain logbooks of repairs, inspections, and compliance documentation
Assist in equipment installations and hospital expansion work requiring electrical support
Follow NABH/JCI electrical safety standards, hospital infection control, and PPE protocols
Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor for shift handovers and daily task updates
Identify and report energy-saving opportunities and system upgrades
