Salary Range (INR): ₹12,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 per annum (based on company size, global exposure, and compliance responsibility)
Education Qualification:
Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) / Life Sciences / Business Administration
Preferred: LLM / MBA / Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) / ISO 37301 or equivalent ethics and compliance training
Manufacturing / Corporate Locations:Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor the organization’s ethics and compliance framework in line with local and international standards (e.g., ABAC, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, U.S. HHS/OIG Guidelines)
Develop and update Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Bribery, and Whistleblower policies
Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and implement internal controls across business functions
Oversee training programs on ethics, compliance, data protection, anti-bribery, and pharma marketing codes (e.g., OPPI Code)
Manage whistleblower mechanisms and conduct internal investigations into violations of ethical or regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with laws and industry regulations relating to clinical trials, marketing practices, data privacy, and third-party engagements
Support business operations during regulatory inspections or audits (USFDA, CDSCO, NPPA, ED, SEBI, etc.)
Work with HR, Legal, Finance, QA, and Commercial teams to embed compliance culture in day-to-day operations
Maintain compliance records, prepare reports for senior management, and update on regulatory changes
Key Skills Required:
Deep knowledge of legal and ethical frameworks, especially in a highly regulated industry like pharma
Experience in compliance management, policy drafting, and internal investigations
Excellent training, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Familiarity with clinical compliance, GxP regulations, Sunshine Act, and third-party due diligence
Proficient in compliance management tools and MS Office Suite
