Salary Range (INR): ₹40,00,000 – ₹80,00,000 per annum (depending on hospital size, complexity, and experience)
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (Mandatory)
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance (Preferred)
Certification in Healthcare Finance Management or Hospital Revenue Cycle is a plus
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead the hospital’s overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Oversee billing operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), pricing strategy, and collections
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance with tax laws, GST, Companies Act, and healthcare financial standards
Manage audits (internal, statutory, NABH, JCI) and interface with auditors, government bodies, and financial institutions
Optimize working capital, capex management, insurance claims, and fund utilization
Supervise financial reporting – balance sheets, P&L, MIS, dashboards, and board-level presentations
Collaborate with IT and operations to implement and improve billing systems, HIS integration, and cost control processes
Analyze financial risks and implement controls to minimize revenue leakages
Guide investment decisions, fundraising activities, and liaise with banks or funding agencies
Mentor finance and billing teams and support talent development initiatives
