Salary Range (INR):₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 per annum (depending on experience, location, and shift timings)
🎓 Education:
10th or 12th Pass (Mandatory)
Certification in Food Handling / Hospitality / Dietary Aide Training (Preferred)
Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation practices is essential
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, portion, and serve food items for patients and staff as per dietary guidelines
Load and deliver patient meal trays ensuring accuracy per diet sheet and room number
Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dishwashing stations, and trolleys
Assist with unloading, storing, and rotating food supplies in pantry and cold storage
Follow hospital meal service schedules and comply with infection control policies
Dispose of waste properly and ensure cleanliness of the food service area
Report any issues regarding food quality, safety, or supply shortages to the supervisor
Assist dietary staff in preparing bulk meals, snacks, and special orders
Label and date food items according to safety regulations
Uphold a positive, courteous attitude toward patients and team members
