Salary Range (INR): ₹3,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (depending on experience, qualifications, and hospital size)
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology (Mandatory)
MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESI, and healthcare HR practices desirable
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of clinical and non-clinical staff
Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems regularly
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data
Coordinate staff training programs and maintain related documentation
Handle employee queries and support grievance redressal processes
Ensure HR compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and accreditation standards (NABH/JCI)
Manage employee engagement initiatives, feedback surveys, and welfare programs
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and support audit readiness
Assist with disciplinary processes, appraisals, and exit formalities
Act as liaison between staff and management for daily HR operational needs
