Salary Range (INR): ₹4,50,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (depending on experience, skill set, and hospital size)
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Social Work (Mandatory)
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (Preferred)
Certifications in Labor Laws, HR Analytics, or Healthcare HR are desirable
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical roles (screening to onboarding)
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and hospital accreditation standards (NABH, JCI)
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation
Manage employee benefits, leave, and attendance systems
Support implementation of HRMS, payroll coordination, and data audits
Conduct training need assessments, coordinate workshops, and track employee learning progress
Participate in employee engagement activities, surveys, and welfare initiatives
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, headcount, diversity) and prepare monthly dashboards
Support grievance handling, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures
Collaborate with various departments to align HR processes with operational needs
