Salary Range (INR): ₹8,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 per annum (depending on city, infrastructure scale, and certifications)
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics (Mandatory)
Master’s Degree in IT / Healthcare Informatics / MBA in Systems (Preferred)
Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, PMP, or CHISCP are desirable
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of hospital IT infrastructure including HIS, EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, RIS, and telemedicine platforms
Oversee network operations, servers, backups, firewalls, and data security systems
Ensure 24/7 uptime for mission-critical systems such as billing, diagnostics, ICU monitoring, and admission software
Lead the implementation and upgrades of hospital information systems in coordination with vendors
Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect patient data and hospital information
Handle troubleshooting escalations, user support, and department-level IT requests
Prepare and manage IT budgets, procurement, and AMC contracts
Train hospital staff on IT tools, digital systems, and data protection protocols
Support compliance with NDHM, NABH, JCI, and HIPAA regulations
Coordinate with clinical, finance, HR, and administrative departments to streamline IT-enabled operations
