Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics (Mandatory)
Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+ / Network+ are highly desirable
Knowledge of HIS/EMR/EHR systems and HIPAA / NABH / NDHM compliance preferred
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support hospital IT systems including HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, RIS, and telehealth tools
Ensure smooth functioning of networks, servers, user accounts, and system backups
Respond to user tickets, provide technical support, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, support calls, upgrades, and integrations
Monitor IT infrastructure health, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure uptime for critical systems
Maintain and update documentation of systems, user guides, SOPs, and configurations
Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives across all departments
Ensure compliance with hospital regulatory frameworks (NABH, HIPAA, JCI, NDHM)
Participate in new system evaluations, UAT, and IT audits
Train hospital users on new technologies and digital processes
