Salary Range (INR):₹3,00,000 – ₹7,50,000 per annum (based on hospital size, shift pattern, and city tier)

🎓 Education:

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Facility Management (Mandatory)

Certifications in HVAC, BMS, Fire Safety, Electrical Licensing (Preferred)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance activities including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, fire systems, and medical gas pipelines

Assign tasks to technicians, monitor their work, and ensure timely resolution of issues

Maintain logbooks, checklists, and equipment service records in compliance with hospital SOPs

Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime

Handle emergency breakdowns efficiently, ensuring patient and staff safety

Liaise with external vendors for AMC support and supervise third-party technicians

Ensure compliance with hospital safety, infection control, and fire safety protocols

Inspect facilities regularly and report potential hazards or areas needing attention

Provide training to maintenance staff on safety and technical updates

Support facility audits (NABH, JCI, fire, electrical) with appropriate documentation
