Experience Range: 2 to 7 Years (Experience in hospital, commercial building, or critical facility maintenance preferred)

Salary Range (INR): ₹2,20,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (depending on experience, city tier, and shift work)

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Refrigeration, or Electronics (Mandatory)

Certification in HVAC, Fire Safety, Electrical License, or Biomedical Systems (Preferred)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on hospital infrastructure: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas systems, and lifts

Carry out daily inspections and preventive maintenance of key equipment and service lines

Respond quickly to facility breakdowns and resolve issues under minimal supervision

Ensure timely logging of completed work in maintenance records or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Replace faulty wiring, plumbing lines, lights, switches, motors, and other utility components

Assist in the installation of new systems or hospital renovations/upgrades

Support fire safety system checks, backup generator testing, and water treatment plant operations

Maintain tool inventory and follow safe handling protocols

Adhere to hospital infection control, safety, and quality standards (NABH/JCI)

Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and other departments for smooth task execution
