Job Summary:

The Manager (Marketing Communications) will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing communication strategies that effectively promote the company's brand, products, and services. This role involves overseeing both internal and external communications, including content creation, public relations, and digital marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and market positioning in the sanitaryware industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Communication Plans: Create and implement marketing communications plans to promote the company’s brand and products across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and social media.

Brand Messaging and Positioning: Ensure clear and consistent communication of the brand’s message, product benefits, and key selling points in all marketing materials.

Media Relations & PR: Develop press releases, media kits, and other communications materials. Cultivate and manage relationships with key media contacts and stakeholders.

Digital Content Creation: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing content, including social media posts, website content, newsletters, and blog posts, ensuring that all content is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.

Internal Communication: Coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed of key business initiatives, product updates, and marketing campaigns.

Advertising & Promotions: Support the creation of advertising campaigns, product promotions, and other marketing materials that are in line with business objectives and customer needs.

Event Management: Plan and execute marketing-related events, such as product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with sales, product management, and other departments to ensure that marketing communications strategies align with overall company goals and initiatives.

Marketing Collateral: Ensure the creation of high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, product sheets, and videos that support both sales and marketing efforts.

Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing communications budget, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to key initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide performance reports, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Experience in Marketing Communications within the Sanitaryware, Building Materials, or Consumer Durables industries.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging and clear messaging for diverse audiences.

Experience in public relations and managing media relations, including writing press releases and securing media coverage.

Proven ability to create digital content for various channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing.

Project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

Attention to detail and the ability to ensure high-quality communication and marketing materials.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, etc.) and marketing automation.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and external partners.

Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and project objectives.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with B2B marketing communications in the construction or building materials sector.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

Knowledge of event management and planning product-related events or industry trade shows.

Exposure to brand strategy and experience in building brand presence across multiple channels.

Experience in measuring marketing campaign success through analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
