Experience Range: 0 to 6 Years (Freshers with valid registration and experienced hospital pharmacists are eligible)

Salary Range (INR): ₹1,80,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum (depending on experience, hospital size, and shift duties)

Education:

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) (Mandatory)

Registered with the State Pharmacy Council with a valid license (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications to inpatients and outpatients as per physician prescriptions

Verify prescriptions for dosage accuracy, drug interactions, and contraindications

Counsel patients on correct usage, timing, and potential side effects of medications

Maintain and update stock records, expiry tracking, and inventory control

Ensure safe storage and proper labeling of medicines, including narcotics and high-risk drugs

Comply with hospital policies, NABH guidelines, and Drug & Cosmetic Act regulations

Coordinate with the procurement department for stock replenishment

Assist in maintaining cold chain storage for vaccines and temperature-sensitive medications

Report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and participate in pharmacovigilance programs

Support documentation and participate in audits or inspections when required
