₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (based on experience and brand tier)

Role Overview:

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire spa and wellness center, including service delivery, guest satisfaction, team leadership, and revenue generation. The role demands excellence in hospitality, wellness knowledge, and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness center

Ensure delivery of high-quality spa treatments and guest service

Supervise, train, and evaluate therapists and wellness staff

Create spa promotions and wellness packages to drive revenue

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of the spa areas

Monitor inventory of spa products and place timely orders

Coordinate with hotel departments for guest wellness needs

Track guest feedback and implement service improvements

Manage P&L, budgeting, and target achievement for the spa

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or Wellness Therapy

Certifications in Ayurvedic, Thai, or other specialized spa therapies preferred

Skills Type:

Strong leadership and interpersonal communication

Sound knowledge of wellness therapies and trends

Customer service excellence and complaint resolution

Budgeting, inventory, and vendor management

Proficient with spa management software (e.g., Zenoti, SpaSoft)
