Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Commerce
Preferred: Certification or diploma in Materials Management or Inventory Control

Role Objective:
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring, managing, and reconciling inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of materials across warehouses and manufacturing units.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage daily inventory movements and update ERP/WMS systems
Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for stock accuracy
Maintain records of stock adjustments, transfers, and returns
Generate inventory reports and assist in preparing inventory MIS
Support annual and interim stock audits and external audit requirements
Monitor slow-moving or aging inventory and flag issues proactively
Work closely with procurement and warehouse for replenishment triggers
Required Skills:
Strong grasp of inventory processes, documentation, and reconciliation
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel-based reporting
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and stock tracking
Familiarity with warehouse and material handling workflows
Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
Industry experience in Sanitaryware / Ceramics / Building Materials / FMCG / Manufacturing
Hands-on experience with WMS, barcode scanning tools, and inventory software
Basic understanding of Lean or Six Sigma inventory principles is a plus
