Education:
Mandatory: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or relevant field
Preferred: Certification in Payroll, Compensation Strategy, or HR Analytics
Manufacturing Location/Corporate Office:
Corporate Office or Regional HR Hub supporting manufacturing locations (e.g., Morbi, Bhiwadi, Sriperumbudur, Bhubaneswar)

Role Objective:
To assist in managing compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll-related inputs to support the organization’s overall rewards strategy while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in salary structuring, preparing compensation offers, and maintaining pay ranges
Coordinate inputs for monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage and update benefits programs like health insurance, gratuity, and PF in coordination with vendors
Maintain compensation and benefits records in HRMS
Support the annual salary review process and variable pay planning
Prepare C&B MIS reports, data analysis, and dashboards for internal use
Benchmark internal data with industry compensation surveys
Handle employee queries related to compensation, pay slips, tax declarations, and benefits
Ensure adherence to legal compliance and internal controls in all compensation practices
Participate in drafting and communicating C&B policies
Required Skills:
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and HRIS systems
Good knowledge of payroll basics, taxation, and employee benefits
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and vendors
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to salary benchmarking studies or consulting surveys (Aon, Mercer, etc.)
Basic understanding of labour law compliance and wage regulations
Familiarity with HR analytics tools or dashboards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timeliness and accuracy of payroll input submissions
C&B data integrity and policy adherence
Employee query resolution TAT
Compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
Support in successful execution of annual compensation cycle
