🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Nursing / Healthcare Administration / Human Resource Development / Education / Public Health (Mandatory)

Certification in Staff Development / Training & Development / NABH / JCI / Learning Design (Preferred)

Exposure to clinical training, hospital standards, and adult learning principles is essential

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and deliver ongoing staff development programs for clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical staff

Identify skill gaps and create customized learning interventions in collaboration with department heads

Organize and conduct Continuing Nursing Education (CNE), CME, and soft-skills development workshops

Evaluate staff competencies and monitor compliance with NABH/JCI-mandated training requirements

Support the onboarding and orientation programs for new hires across hospital functions

Maintain comprehensive training records, assessments, and feedback data for audits

Implement learning tools including presentations, simulations, LMS, and e-learning modules

Facilitate interdepartmental training collaborations and ensure periodic refresher sessions

Align staff development activities with hospital quality, safety, and strategic goals

Participate in audits, accreditation visits, and documentation readiness for training standards
