Experience Range:
1 to 3 years in stewarding or kitchen support roles in hospitality
Salary Range (INR):
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Depending on experience and property type)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a dedicated Steward to support the kitchen and service teams by ensuring cleanliness, timely availability of clean kitchenware, and adherence to hygiene standards. The steward plays a vital role in maintaining back-of-house efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Organize and store kitchen tools and service ware properly
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, and trash disposal units
Support chefs and service staff with kitchen and pantry duties when needed
Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow usage instructions
Refill handwashing and sanitation stations as required
Ensure proper waste segregation and cleanliness in dishwashing area
Assist in kitchen deep-cleaning and periodic hygiene inspections
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: 10th Pass
Preferred: Vocational Training in Hospitality / Kitchen Operations
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices
Teamwork and willingness to support other roles
Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
Time management and multitasking skills
Physical stamina and attention to detail
Ability to follow hygiene protocols and SOPs

Hotels, Resorts, Fine Dining Restaurants, Cruise Lines, Institutional Catering
