Salary Range (INR):

₹1,20,000 – ₹2,50,000 per annum (depending on experience, hospital size, and shift duties)

🎓 Education:

Higher Secondary (10+2) with a Certificate/Diploma in Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (Preferred)

Basic exposure to hospital or rehabilitation settings desirable

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Assist physiotherapists, occupational therapists, or speech-language pathologists in carrying out therapy sessions

Prepare therapy areas and equipment before and after sessions

Guide patients through exercises or activities as directed by the licensed therapist

Support patient transfers and positioning during therapy

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of therapy spaces and equipment

Track patient attendance, assist in maintaining records, and update session logs

Communicate clearly with patients and caregivers under the supervision of licensed therapists

Monitor patients during sessions and report discomfort, fatigue, or unusual responses

Help organize therapy schedules, appointments, and patient flow

Comply with hospital safety protocols, infection control, and confidentiality policies
