Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of all tooling, .

Oversee the design of new tooling as per production requirements.

Work closely with engineers and production personnel to develop and implement cost-effective tooling solutions.

Implement quality control measures to ensure that all tooling and equipment meet required specifications

Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Directly interact with customers to understand their requirements and improve professional relationships with clients.

Preferred candidate profile

12-15 years of experience as a Tool Room Manager in a Plastic Injection Moulding industry.
