Salary Range (INR): ₹3,50,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience and hospital size)
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration / Nursing / Education / Public Health / HR (Mandatory)
Additional certification in Training & Development / NABH / JCI / HRD / LMS (Preferred)
Familiarity with healthcare training standards, adult learning principles, and compliance training modules
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff across departments
Organize orientation/induction sessions for new employees and manage attendance records
Maintain training calendars, feedback forms, assessments, and training MIS reports
Assist in developing learning materials and updating hospital’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinate BLS/ACLS/CME/CNE sessions with internal and external faculty
Monitor compliance with NABH, JCI, and internal training mandates
Collect and compile training evaluation data to assess program effectiveness
Liaise with department heads, nursing educators, HR, and external trainers for smooth execution
Support accreditation documentation and audits related to training and development
Promote training awareness and encourage participation through internal communication channels
