Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing targeted marketing campaigns, managing branding initiatives, and supporting sales enablement activities. This role is execution-focused and requires close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and channel partners to enhance visibility and lead generation in the sanitaryware market.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and trade platforms.

Develop and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and POS materials.

Coordinate trade shows, dealer meets, influencer programs, and events.

Manage content creation for social media, product listings, and email campaigns.

Track campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future activities.

Liaise with sales teams to understand local market needs and provide marketing support.

Work with external agencies for design, media planning, and content production.

Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong execution capabilities in B2B/B2C marketing.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and basic digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).

Understanding of brand positioning, customer segments, and sales alignment.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the Sanitaryware / Building Materials / Consumer Durables domain.

Exposure to channel marketing, especially dealer/distributor networks.

Familiarity with CRM and campaign tracking tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
