₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and hotel standards)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Dishwasher to join our stewarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and ensuring a clean kitchen environment that complies with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial dishwashing machines and hand-wash as required
Scrape, rinse, and load dirty dishes and utensils into dish machines
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas
Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
Assist in kitchen cleaning tasks such as mopping floors and cleaning drains
Organize clean dishes and utensils for kitchen staff and service areas
Replenish dishwashing supplies and chemicals as needed
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitization protocols strictly
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: 8th Pass
Preferred: 10th Pass or basic vocational training in hospitality
Skills Required:
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Team player with a willingness to assist in other tasks
Ability to follow instructions and maintain routines
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Familiarity with dishwashing machines (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Industry Background:
Hotels, Resorts, Cafés, Banquet Halls, Catering Units, or Quick-Service Restaurants (QSRs)
