Job Responsibilities:

Lead research and development activities for new sheet metal products and process improvements.

Design and test innovative manufacturing techniques, materials, and product designs.

Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, performance enhancement, and sustainability.

Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to integrate new technologies.

Conduct feasibility studies, prototype development, and validation of new concepts.

Optimize forming, stamping, welding, and surface treatment processes for efficiency.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and intellectual property guidelines.

Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and industry experts for technology advancements.

Manage R&D budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines effectively.

Mentor and develop the R&D team for continuous learning and technical excellence.

Experience Range: 8 - 18 years

Salary Range (INR): ₹12 LPA – ₹35 LPA (varies based on experience and location)

Education Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Industrial Engineering / Materials Science.

Certifications in Product Development, Six Sigma, or Advanced Manufacturing are preferred.
